Containment Areas

Where sealing work is called for g.r.p. provides the natural solution for providing safe containment providing the correct resin formulation is used. Such measures will provide a lasting treatment for both new build and refurbishment work.

We are involved in the lining of storage tanks in g.r.p. for oil companies and other storage tank users. At a different end of the industrial spectrum g.r.p. linings are used for swimming pools to prevent and contain leakages and indeed for fish ponds where they serve a similar purpose.

1.) Swimming pool tanked out on site. The pool is on the 1st floor the dark areas in the bottom are glass panels to shine light through to the ground floor. The substrate was 2 layers 25mm thick marine plywood.
2.) Over 500sqm of GRP tanking some areas wet laid up direct on to concrete some areas with preformed sheet.
